Local tourist tax (HUF 450/person/night) is payable the hotel. We reserve the right to modify this fee in line with the changes in regulations.

Cancellation and modification policy for individual guests:
In the case of a non-guaranteed booking, the room is reserved until 4 p.m. If the guest does not arrive by that time and does not ask for late check-in, the room will be released after 4 p.m. Between 1st June and 31st August and during holiday seasons, you can confirm your booking by either providing your credit card information (in the case of online bookings) or wiring a 50% deposit before the given deadline. The booking will only be considered valid if the wire payment is made on time. If we do not receive the deposit by the given deadline, the booking will be cancelled. Your booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival time, after which the penalty to be paid is 50% of the reservation.
In case you shorten your stay less than 14 days prior to your arrival or during your stay, the penalty to be paid is 50% of the cancelled period ( the minimum penalty is one night).
